The SCARP Student Symposium is an annual event that brings planning students and practitioners to UBC campus for a day of panel discussions and keynote addresses. Now in its 9th year, this event, organized by the first year Masters students, allows us to engage with the most pressing planning issues our communities face, typically around a particular theme.

This year the Symposium focused on the theme audacity.

Audacity is about bold, daring ideas to inspire future planning initiatives. Attendees should prepare to be inspired as this symposium refuses to accept the status quo and does not shy away from bold ideas.

Join us on March 3rd, 2017 for a day of exciting keynotes, panels, and workshops.
